What are the absolute must-have items people should bring to make their pontoon trip super enjoyable and comfortable?
To maximize your enjoyment, please bring beach attire, sunblock or tan lotion (spray aerosols are not recommended), towels, your favorite food and drinks, and optional sunglasses or hats.

Is there anything guests should do or know before they arrive, like what to wear or if they need to bring towels?
Guests should wear beach attire and bring their own towels. We recommend arriving ready to relax and enjoy the beautiful Kaneohe Bay Sandbar.

Are there any specific items or types of items that guests should NOT bring on the boat, either for safety or other reasons?
For safety and comfort, please do not bring any glass items, and no smoking or e-cigarettes are allowed on board. Pets are also not permitted.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

* Free cancellation is available up to 10 days before the start of your booking.

* A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 10 and 5 days prior to the booking.

* Cancellations made within 4 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.

* In the event of inclement weather, including any marine or wind warnings on the day of your booking, we will provide a full refund.
